London Montana Mask (Remix)

After creating several prototypes of the Montana Mask, I identified a few geometry problems with the original model that could result in defects during the final print. Following a week of refinement, I ended up rebuilding approximately 85% of the design from scratch in Fusion. Key improvements included; - Revisions to model symmetry to correct defects. For instance, the seam under the chin. - Adjustments to the nose and chin shape for enhanced comfort and fit. - Reworked strap loops for increased strength when using different materials, and to simplify printing without requiring supports. - Added a simple grille to protect the filter from physical damage, and to prevent wearers from inserting the filter in the wrong direction which has occurred previously. The only element I did not modify was the original Montana filter flange which I've included.
