London Hackspace Doorbell

The London Hackspace doorbell features a large red button, speaker grill, bi-coloured LED, and hackspace emblem on its side. Operated by an Arduino, it plays a sound, illuminates the space's lights, displays a message on the LED notification board, and sends one to the #london-hack-space IRC channel upon pressing. Its design was initially generated using box-o-tron script, followed by refinements in qcad and additional components added.
