I've got a great idea for a fully printable tray and lid with a built-in holder. You can print it in vase mode without filling the bottom or top, but make sure to fill the rest of the object with 5-20% infill. To keep things stable, I'd recommend printing it without supports, except for the tray which should use a brim. Once printed, all you need is a tiny dab of instant glue to attach the lid holder in place.
