Lolin ESP32 OLED Case + Micro-SD support.

This is perfect for Lolin ESP32 with OLED. 1. I've introduced an option to include a Micro-SD card reader, and since not everyone will use it, I've closed the output hole. You'll need to trim about 0.4 mm of material to expose this hole. 2. Use M2 screws; six millimeters in length should be sufficient (I still need to verify). 3. With two distinct modules - one featuring a reset button on top near the OLED, and the other with the reset button on the bottom side of the module - I've created a blind hole that can be opened if necessary. 4. I've included a case with mounting holes for those interested.
