I used Loki's helmet from "Thor" and "The Avengers," scaled down to fit the sixth-scale action figure head sculpted by Hot Toys - or at least, the affordable knock-off version I purchased on eBay! Head sizes can vary significantly, so you may need to rescale this design for your specific needs. It printed with a width of 2.05 inches.
