These Logun suppressors are prone to breaking when overtightened or subjected to a knock. The plastic interior can shatter easily, which was why I had listed printing a replacement part as soon as I got my 3D printer up and running. I've encountered some confusion regarding the legality of suppressor manufacturing, but since this is a replacement part only, I'm hoping it falls into a grey area. This was actually my first attempt at creating a replacement part, and it works beautifully. I plan to experiment further when time permits to see if I can improve it even more. UPDATE: After making some adjustments, I successfully printed the suppressor without supports. Unfortunately, three of these have broken on me now, all due to the same issue with the original insert - the plastic is just too brittle and snaps easily, especially at the base of the thread, whenever there's a slight bump or accidental overtightening. UPDATE: Switching to flexible filament has been a game-changer. Now, bumps simply cause the silencer to wobble slightly, and over-tightening spins it back into place without causing any damage. I printed four suppressors as an overabundance of caution since the plastics kept snapping, but also to keep print speeds low due to the flexible filament's tendency to become gooey if the layer speed is too high.
