I reinforced the structural support around the hinge since it was too weak. The model prints perfectly all at once while standing upright, but I encountered a few failures during the final stages because the lid starts moving. To address this issue, I added a small connector to one side of the lid that requires cutting with a knife after printing is complete. A photo has been attached illustrating its location. This design needs to be printed at 2540% scale for US Business Cards.
