Logitech Shifter Extension with Eaton Fuller threads
thingiverse
This is a remix where I added 1/2-13 threads on top of the shifter extension so that my Eaton Fuller shifter would screw on. I also added an M4 thread towards the bottom where the extension slips over the shift lever to lock it on better. The extension is 5" high which works great with my setup and gives me nice long throws. PLA breaks too easily. I'm going to try PETG next but ABS might be even better. A raft isn't really necessary but a brim is a good idea because it's tall and thin and could knock over easily UPDATE: Welp, that didn't work. i tried PLA and PETG and both broke too easily for use. Maybe ABS would be better. In the meantime I've updated my whole approach. I added an adapter which allows you to use 1/2" CPVC pipe (super cheap but much stronger). The adapter slips over the G29 shifter stub and screws on using the same screw that held on the OEM knob. Then a 1/2-13 bolt was threaded directly into the CPVC pipe and the bolt head cut off. I dropped a little superglue on the bolt so it would stay put in the pipe. Then i threaded the Eaton knob on and slipped the CPVC over the adapter- it's an interference fit for now. This is much better- there really isn't much to break except for the shifter itself now. Careful with all that newfound leverage lol.
