Logitech Powerplay alternative dock
thingiverse
Listed as Remix, but designed from the ground up using Ashiraki's desing as a guide. I reproduced the design in OpenSCAD and left a bit more space for the original cable. I also added some wider feet in the style of said cable to make it more stable. Required equipement: soldering iron, 2 screws (not exactly sure of the size, put them as best I could below), female micro USB B and female USB A boards, about 10-15cm of wire. Recommended: multimeter to check connections. screw dimensions: head diameter: 5mm length: 7mm or more, mine are 12mm screw inner diam: ~2mm I used https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07VH4PSTF/ and https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07KS1RPMP/ For this desing, you will need to make your own female micro USB B to female USB A and pass wires to screws in the plate. It's designed to fit the original cable with the Y shape and has a space for the receiver. it uses the magnetic contacts at the bottom of the mouse to recharge it while not in use, simply dock it, it will recharge. no need to buy a magnetic cable and switch it every time. it's more involved to make, but is much easier to use once it's done. If something is unclear, leave a comment, I'll clarify.
