This stand adds more degrees of tilt to your MX Ergo for extra comfort. The gray one tilts at 10 degrees just like the one included with the MX Ergo Plus. The black version tilts at 15 degrees. I highly recommend sticking some rubber or anything under it to get a tighter grip as plastic can be very slippery. I personally use cheap suede-like fabric, which gives me all the grip I need.
