Logitech MOMO Force main axle.
thingiverse
Replacement main axle for the old MOMO force steering wheel (red one) that I finally managed to find a replacement for after my own broke. I designed it in CAD and built a stronger one because I didn't want to deal with a broken wheel. It's made out of PLA, but so far it feels sturdy enough not to break easily. Since it takes around 5-6 hours to print, it might be smart to include the calibrate part in the design to adjust its size to fit the big ball bearing perfectly. Update: I've uploaded a STEP version that makes it easier to modify and customize according to your needs. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,2 Infill: 40% Notes: Used Cura with a wall thickness of 1,2 mm (three perimeters) for added strength and durability.
