Logitech K800 Inner Key clip/hinge
thingiverse
Replacement inner clip for Logitech K800 keyboard. The best results are achieved through printing with PLA; PETG yields slightly inferior outcomes. A Prusa mk2 FDM printer with a 0.4mm nozzle was used, but it requires extensive post-processing with a knife, particularly in the lower section. It would be ideal to use a 0.2mm nozzle, however I do not possess one and was in a hurry to repair my keyboard. An SLA option is likely to produce the best results. Use the smallest possible layer height; I used 0.1mm. Printing is challenging due to small pins; support without any contact distance was utilized and then removed with a knife. A smaller nozzle might yield better results, which I will test when another key breaks. It is essential to adjust it slightly using a small knife; no additional post-processing was performed.
