Adapted flatsixguy's K400 holder into a top-mount bracket for the 22'' Wacom Cintiq (2019 version - model DTK2260K0A).

Sits on top of the tablet - works best with the tablet tilted. With the tablet vertical (90 degrees upright/flat), the keyboard starts to get unstable and wants to fall forward. This could probably be remedied by either gluing weights to the bottom end of the curved bracket arm to keep the weight balanced, or by using stick-on Velcro between the back side of the tablet and the curved bracket arms.

PLA seems to work just fine for this application, though PETG might give you a bit more durability.

May need to rotate to fit default Ender3 print bed (200x200mm), as the total height comes to ~205mm.

May fit other Wacom sizes and model numbers with a similar side silhouette, but I haven't tested any other applications.
