Logitech G940 to Virpil Grip Adapter

I've had this idea brewing for ages, upgrading my Logitech G940 Flightstick base with a Virpil grip. So I picked up a Virpil WarBRD base, slapped on the MongoosT grip and ran through the usual settings to get it fully operational (firmware update, axis calibration and button check). After that, I disassembled it and salvaged the USB controller PCB and cables to integrate them into my G940 base. The old grip and its electronics were completely ripped out and the gimbal rod was shortened by about 50% (picture 2 shows what got cut off). I scored some CAD data for the thread from Baur at Virpil forums: https://forum.virpil.com/index.php?/topic/656-warbrd-base-thread/&do=findComment&comment=6006 and designed a custom fitting for my G940 gimbal rod.\r\nFred41 from the DCS forums cooked up a special firmware patch to disable the G940's deadman sensor: https://github.com/fred41/G940-firmware-fixes/tree/ffb_experimental\r\nThis is now a 2-in-1 device, with one USB connection being the G940 base and its axis sensors and FFB motors, and the other USB connection being the Virpil section (controller and base connector) for attaching the MongoosT-50CM2 grip.\r\nOne crucial step after printing is using a threading die M36x2-6g to cut a perfect, clean thread.
