After completing a Solidworks course, I decided to create something practical as a learning experience. Since this particular component of my headphones consistently broke and required frequent repairs from Bostik, I attempted to design an alternative part from scratch, with the goal of printing it using online MJF services. You can find the files I created below: versions 1 and 2 had incorrect dimensions, but version 2 is what I ultimately printed and modified with a Dremel. Currently, I'm utilizing this revised component. Upon returning to the project, I developed a new version 3, incorporating accurate measurements. I hope that a more skilled designer than myself will download these files and refine them for everyone's benefit! This exercise has been enjoyable, but unfortunately, it has consumed an excessive amount of time over the past six months.
