Logitech G920 Pedal Shaker Mount
thingiverse
I designed a holder for Xbox controller vibration motors to fit on G920/G29 pedals using existing bolt holes. It should work with G25/G27, but I haven't tried it yet. Similar designs exist online, but mine is slightly different to allow easy motor removal and a snug fit without disassembly. The design has open ends to facilitate cooling since I'm running 9V through the motors. Clearances are tight, holding motors firmly in place for good vibration transfer. I use Simhub, Arduino UNO & motor shield for control, and there's plenty of info available on Google. This setup provides great feedback for brake lock, acceleration slip, and other tactile information. It requires M4 bolts to attach to the pedal and an M3 bolt with a captive nut for the clamp. The total cost is around $30 AU, including the UNO, motor shield, motors, wire, nuts, and bolts, plus a $2 donation to Simhub for their licensed version. This setup doesn't require any modifications to the pedal assembly. Simhub works only on PC, supporting games like Iracing, Project Cars 1/2, and more. I also have a Ricmotech Load Cell Conversion for my brake. If you have questions or I've missed something, let me know.
