Logitech G920 Pedal Extension

Logitech G920 Pedal Extension

thingiverse

This is a pedal extender to move the pedals of my Logitech G920 pedal set up 50mm, and cant the angle of the pedal back towards the driver 7 degrees. This makes the pedals feel much more similar to what you would find in a real car (height and angle modeled after my track car), more precise feel and adjustment through increased travel distance, and moving the brake and gas pedals to the same distance to the driver for easier heel toe-ing. My pedal set has the following mods: - degressive clutch mod found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2829335 - Ricmotech 70kg load-cell brake pedal mod: https://www.ricmotech.com/Load_Cell_Upgrade_Kit_for_Logitech_Pedals_p/rmt-lc27.htm - Moved brake spring to clutch and clutch spring to accelerator for more force in the pedals (recommended with the increased lever arm distance. For each pedal extender you print you will need: - 2x M4x12mm bolts for the bottom holes (connection to the pedal body) - 2x M4 nuts to be used for the pedals, you can use the same bolts that come with the pedals, however you will need something to push the M4 nut into the slot since it goes deep. This works best if printed on its side. This requires good bridging for the nut slot dividers. Edit 4/28/2020: Now updated to include V3 of the pedal extensions. This cuts away much of the unnecessary bulk from the backside of the pedal mount, making it easier to recycle the existing hardware found on the Logitech G920 pedals.
