Logitech G920 Pedal Extension
thingiverse
This is a custom pedal extender designed to elevate the pedals of my Logitech G920 setup by 50mm and adjust the angle of the pedal towards the driver by 7 degrees. The result is a more realistic driving experience, with pedals that feel similar to those in a real car. My track car's height and angle served as inspiration for this modification. My current setup features several upgrades: - A degressive clutch mod, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2829335 - Ricmotech's 70kg load-cell brake pedal mod: https://www.ricmotech.com/Load_Cell_Upgrade_Kit_for_Logitech_Pedals_p/rmt-lc27.htm - I've relocated the brake spring to the clutch and the clutch spring to the accelerator, resulting in more forceful pedal responses. To print each pedal extender, you will need: - 2x M4x12mm bolts for the bottom holes (connection to the pedal body) - 2x M4 nuts for use with the pedals; the same bolts that come with the pedals can be used, but a tool is required to push the M4 nut into place. Printing this design on its side produces the best results. However, good bridging skills are necessary to create the nut slot dividers successfully. Edit 4/28/2020: I've updated the pedal extensions to include V3, which reduces unnecessary bulk from the backside of the pedal mount, making it easier to reuse existing hardware found on the Logitech G920 pedals.
