Logitech G920 / G29 Sim Racing Steering Wheel Adapter

This is, in my opinion, the most robust and solid design to install a real racing steering wheel onto a Logitech G920 / G29. This design does require you to drill an extra 6 Holes in the steering wheel you purchase or, if you can, find a steering wheel with offset holes. I provided a drill fixture to print that is designed to be installed using M6 Hardware required to put this assembly together. Remember start small and work your way up! REQUIRED MATERIALS: - 3D Printer - Desired 3D Printing Filament - Aftermarket Steering Wheel - Drill - Drill Bits - Red Scotch-Brite pads - 10MM Wrench - Metric Allen Keys - M6 Socket Head Screws x 6 - M6 Nuts x 6 - M6 Washers - Blue Loctite x 1 - Purple Loctite x 1 (For plastic) INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Take your new aftermarket steering wheel and remove any covers or horn buttons to reveal the 6 holes underneath. Install "Drill Fixture for Wheel" using the 6 M6 nuts and bolts required. Start with a small drill bit to create pilot holes. At this point you can choose to remove the fixture. Move up in drill bit size until the M6 bolts fit snugly in the holes. Deburr holes using a red scotch-brite pad. Step 2: Assuming you have already removed the OEM steering wheel on your Logitech G920/29 Install the "WHEEL HUB ADAPTER" onto the assembly. You'll notice there are recessed holes and there will be one with a key slot that will fit snugly into place on the controller. Install the 6 screws you collected from the Logitech sim using purple Loctite. Step 3: With the Hub adapter installed, place your newly drilled steering wheel on the hub aligning the offset holes with the hub. insert "HUB ADAPTER LOCK" into the Hub adapter to sandwich the steering wheel between the two assembly pieces. Install the 6 M6 nuts and bolts using blue Loctite on each and your finished!
