Simple protective covers are designed to fill in gaps on the keyboard if you choose to unsolder and remove the row of G keys. The covers sit flush with the top of the keyboard but have a slight amount of give to make installation easier. Apply tape along the edges when installing to achieve a perfect snug fit.
