Logitech G430/G930/F540 Hinge Replacement

This is a complete replacement for the predetermined breaking point of the Logitech G430 and G930 Headset. I made sure to replicate its original design, so you can use the same screws that came with your headset. If you already have my old cap replacement printed out, it should fit perfectly. You can find the design on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2319024. To print the cap successfully, make sure to orient it upright in your 3D printer bed. This will ensure that there's no need for support material and a strong connection between the nut and the joint. The casing can be printed flat on the bed without any issues. If you're using low layer heights like 0.12-0.16mm, you won't even need supports, as shown in the pictures provided. One side of the casing takes approximately one hour to print at a layer height of 0.12mm.
