Logitech G27 Load Cell Mod Mount & Adapter

Created this project in 2017, but forgot to share it until now. I'll do my best to describe the process below. Please print with at least 50% infill or ideally 100% infill since I'm not sure how much force you'll be applying during assembly. Fortunately, mine didn't break yet despite the stress. Some articles that might help with creating the circuitry for your G27 load cell signal can be found below. Each of these circuits has its own unique challenges, such as spikes in the signal. After some trial and error, I had a friend custom-build a board for me using similar components but with a much smoother signal. Here are some resources to get you started: * https://chippedwood.wordpress.com/2015/07/07/46/ * http://cbtechnical.blogspot.com/2011/04/amplifier-circuit.html * https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/diy-load-cell-brake-pedal-short-tuto.6042/ * https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/diy-project-wip.98008/ The load cell I used is a generic 20kg model available on most online marketplaces. It measures 130mm x 30mm in length and has mounting holes that are 15mm apart horizontally. I highly recommend using at least a 30kg load cell for better accuracy. There are various configurations available, but the one I used matches the dimensions shown in the rendered image. Here's where you can find similar load cells: * 20kg: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Parallel-Beam-Load-Cell-Sensor-20kg-45lb-Weight-Sensor-with-Shielding-Cable-CE/181118193076?hash=item2a2b7c4db4:g:SX0AAOSwmtJXXVIo:rk:18:pf:0 * 30kg: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Parallel-Beam-Load-Cell-Sensor-30kg-66lb-Weight-Sensor-with-Shielding-Cable-CE/183354391794?hash=item2ab0c5fcf2:g:SX0AAOSwmtJXXVIo:rk:1:pf:0 Additional parts you'll need: * 2x 40mm M4 screws to mount the load cell from inside * Other screws for mounting the pedal pad on top of the load cell * You may also need DXTweak2-x64.exe to check and reverse the signal The 3D printer I used for this project is the DIY Creality CR-10, which can be found at: https://www.banggood.com/DIY-Creality-CR-10-3D-Printer-300300400mm-Printing-Size-1_75mm-0_4mm-Nozzle-p-1085645.html?p=DG23031123036201501P
