logitech G25/G27 Handbrake
thingiverse
I drew inspiration from this project: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:962283 and then completely reworked it from scratch. To create this you will need: 1 x Spring (12mm length, personally I reused my Prusa i3 bed spring) 1 x 6mm threaded rod 2 x nuts 1 x Microswitch (I used this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201058738299?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT) 1 x hexagon bar (measures 14x145mm - usually used to hide the support of a shelf: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mensola-a-Scomparsa-Fischer-art-CPF-14x145-mm-conf-1-pz-/231464646669?hash=item35e45e380d:g:l-gAAOSw1ZBUx8Ww) I hope you like this work! Print Settings Notes: 50% infill Post-Printing You need to modify your G27 Shifter to intercept one switch contact (see the YouTube video). You can also add some hot glue to lock the microswitch in place. In the project I created a small support under the spring's support. This support was made only for printing purposes... you can break it with a screwdriver, to permit spring fitting...
