I've added a new face plate for the macro and a wide-angle FOV lens that's 0.67 inches in diameter. The new face plate hole is designed as a press-and-twist fit for the lens threads, which was necessary to get a good balance between self-threading the lens on and off without stripping the threads. There wasn't much thread engagement, but it hasn't moved after multiple prints, so I'm posting it here. The FOV of my camera has improved dramatically since installing this setup! The build plate is now fully in frame, which is a big plus for me. I removed the C920 case from the printer because it was too bulky inside, but the bed mount still allows access to the front bed adjustment nut and clamps firmly in place below the heated bed. You can print two or more finger joints depending on the distance from the bed or flexibility you require. For the joints, I used M3x25mm screws with M3 nuts, while the face was secured using M3x12mm screws. With only two joints installed, the FOV is quite narrow, but it fits nicely inside the case. However, there's a bit of glare from the Duplicator lighting that's annoying for the first 25mm of print height, so you'll need to dial down the case brightness. I found between 40 and 90 to be acceptable, but your mileage may vary.
