Logitech C270 webcam mount for Creality CR10 or 2020 extrusion based printers. This mount attaches to the top support, giving a great overhead view of the print bed. This improves FOV for Spaghetti Detective, reducing false-negatives in the AI. I have tried various camera angles and I can confidently say that mounting to the end of the X-axis boom facing the front of the print head is my preferred method. The camera rises with the Z-axis, providing a clear view. However, I experienced false negatives in Spaghetti Detective due to glare from the edge of the print bed when it moves back and forth. This mount has been the best solution I've used so far. Installation instructions: Remove the plastic end cap from the 2020 top bar. Remove the two large hex bolts connecting the top bar to the upright support, found inside the channel of the top bar. Slide the T-slot nuts into the channel, holding the top bar in place to prevent damage. You may need to lightly tap the camera mount to help it slide into the channel initially, depending on how well you cleaned up the supports. Install the two hex bolts back into the top bar and tighten them adequately. Replace the end cap on the top bar. Mount the camera using a suitable screw or nut and bolt. The camera's lens should be on the right-hand side for correct image orientation (unlike my first installation). Secure the cable with zip ties to avoid unwanted interference. The total length of the arm is 275mm. A .f3d file is included, allowing you to tailor this mount to suit your needs. The length can be adjusted by editing one dimension in the first sketch, and the height of the camera can be adjusted by modifying the second extrusion. Enjoy.
