The Logitech C270 webcam is being securely attached to a robust ADIMLAB 3D Gantry (equipped with a Creality CR-10S or HC Maker 7 clone). This mounting solution can be used on any 2020 Extruded Aluminum frame, featuring holes for an M3 bolt if desired. The affordable Logitech C270 webcam is a reliable choice for use with Octoprint. This mount cleverly reuses the plastic pin and existing screw that comes with the camera. Simply remove the rubber covers from the hinge pin located behind the camera, then unscrew and push out the pin using a small screwdriver (similar to those used in jewelry or glasses repair). The reused pin and screw can be attached to the printed mount. Alternatively, an M2X20m bolt can be used - but be sure to save and reuse the white spacer. The mount slides onto the frame under the bed as seen, providing a clear view of the whole bed while allowing for access on the right side.
