This design prioritizes compactness, minimalism, and ease of installation, unlike other manual focus adjustment upgrades that often require additional screws and are bulky in size. To enable manual focus control on your Logitech C270 webcam, you'll need to disassemble the camera and carefully remove a small drop of glue holding the focus adjustment mechanism in place. Once the glue has been removed, you can install the cover plate and the manual focus adjustment ring. Simply screw the front plate back into place using the existing screws provided with your camera, then snap the focus ring into position. The part spacings in this design were optimized for use on a 3D printer, but they can be adjusted if needed by modifying the attached FreeCAD source file.
