I utilized my original arm in the DigChaos file without disassembling my camera by implementing a custom mounting system. This design allows the camera to slide into a standard tripod mount, which then inserts smoothly into the camera mount. The structural integrity of PETG proved beneficial due to its stability properties. Thus far, I've achieved impressive results.
