Logitech C270, C310 20mm Extrusion Webcam Mount

<p>This is a Logitech C270 / C310 style mount for 20mm vslot extrusion. It was designed specifically to mount to the outside of the 2020 vslot extrusion on my Talos3D Tria delta printer. It is oriented in such a way that I can use the webcam for print monitoring via Octoprint, or Mainsail/Klipper. To utilize this print you need to disassemble the existing mount on the webcam. There are some small rubber caps covering the pivot screw holes on the C270/C310 camera. Once the original screws are removed push out the original pivot pushing and pull the camera from the stock mount. Then you can put the webcam in between the printed bosses on this print and use a M3 x 30mm socket head cap screw to hold the assembly together. You may need to chase one side of the holes with a 3mm drill bit depending on your printers accuracy, then the bolt will self tap into the tine on the other side.</p><p>I also use a cheap magnetic 0.67x wide angle lens on my webcam to improve the viewing angle. Put the included metal ring onto the C270/C310 plastic cover, and the lens can be easily added or removed. They have several versions of these cheap magnetic wide angle lenses available on amazon/ebay/aliexpress. In addition on the C270/C310 webcams you can take off the top plastic cover of the webcam, pry off the hotglue locking the focus ring at the factory setting, and manually focus the lens for better short distance focus.
