This is one of the puppets I'm designing for an upcoming project, and it has been tested with 0% infill, two shells, and ABS material. Despite being a cost-saving project, the top part features a long bridge which may pose challenges for certain printers. The completed head weighs just 79.4 grams, making it an affordable prototype at $2.54, or $0.032 per gram.
