I'm building a case for the Dangerous Prototypes Logic Pirate. The top and bottom plates are made of 1/8" Acrylic, held together with 3/4" 4-40 screws that secure in place using nylock nuts. This case matches the one I created for the Bus Pirate on Thingiverse. Update: The case is now posted on Dangerous Prototypes.
