This text outlines a replacement gear set for a Logan 10" lathe, although the author hasn't tested it personally. Specifications include pressure angle of 14.5, face width of .5, screw gear bore of .625", stud and idler bore of .4375" without key, key way width of .162", and key way depth of .070". The information was provided by DasWookie. It was later discovered that the compound gears were incorrect, now corrected to 18/54 and 24/48. For printing, it is advised to print at least three perimeters for adjustment, and suggest using Taulman 618 nylon at 240C due to its no-lubrication, flexible nature.
