Lennart's Log Entry - Incident 001 Date: 23/02/2023 Time: 14:45 Location: Sector 4, Grid 7 I reported to duty at 08:00 hours. Briefing was conducted by Captain Ortega. Mission objectives were outlined as follows: * Conduct reconnaissance of abandoned research facility in Sector 4. * Gather intel on experimental technology being developed by Dr. Elara Vex. Team assembled and equipment checked. We departed at 09:30 hours via shuttlecraft "Aurora". Upon arrival, we discovered the facility had been breached. Exterior scans revealed signs of struggle and evidence of an unknown entity's presence. We cautiously entered the facility, securing perimeter and checking for hostiles. Found no resistance, but noted significant structural damage and widespread contamination. Dr. Vex's research notes were found, detailing her work on a top-secret project codenamed "Erebus".
