Do you have weekly delivery boxes from a food company like Blue Apron, Green Chef, or Imperfect Produce? Maybe you get a lot of Amazon boxes? As long as they're roughly 3mm thick corrugated cardboard, you can recycle all those scrap boxes into Locky construction tiles! Right now, there are three tile shapes to pick from. In the single-wide category, you have the square and the circle. There is also a double-wide rectangle that has convenient pencil-diameter holes, in case you want an axle or pivot. All pieces are 100% interchangeable and can be used together. On my Glowforge, it takes me about 8 minutes to make a set of 8 tiles. These are the settings I use for the attached SVG files: - Blue: Cut Lines: 160 speed, 70 power - Red: Score Lines: 300 speed, 4 power - Black: Etching: 605 speed, 16 power Update, March 2, 2019: I've added a roof, with etched shingles. As you can see in the picture, you can fold it to two or three slots in length, depending on how steep you'd like the roof to be.
