LockTight - Rectangular Doors
thingiverse
This is the prototype, marking the third iteration, of my RPG Dungeon System, called LockTight. It utilizes 5mm magnetic balls to securely hold the tiles in place. Unlike most dungeon systems that produce uniform 2x2 tiles, this system offers both 1x1 and 2x2 tiles, providing greater control over room size and detail. Each tile is slightly larger than standard at 33x33mm, allowing figures to be positioned even when surrounded by walls. The allocated space for a figure is 25mm, with 4mm dedicated to each wall. To assemble these components, you will need glue – I personally use regular Super Glue – and they can be printed without support. It's essential to bond the two parts of the door together and use two door frames to complete one door.
