This is a 3D printed holder specifically designed to accommodate a standard 16mm diameter cylinder that measures 5.1mm in width, commonly known as a bible or similar cylindrical object. The holder is intended to facilitate secure gripping by hand and/or precision holding via a vice, utilizing either a 21mm rubber grip or a 16.5mm metal clamp. In addition to the main holder, this design includes spacers of various thicknesses (1, 2, and 4 mm) to assist in spacing the cylinder relative to the front opening/entrance of the holder. Printer specifications: The Elegoo Mars SLA printer was used for printing this model at a layer height of .05mm with a raft enabled. Design considerations: This design is optimized for FDM printers, ensuring that when printed with correct orientation, no additional supports are necessary for the non-support version. However, we recommend using supports if you're unsure about the orientation or need extra stability. Note: Due to my habit of uploading .stl files at maximum resolution/file size, I may not always provide low-resolution options.
