Locking Multi-Purpose Hook
thingiverse
A fully functional 3D printed carabiner-like hook is now a reality. Initially conceived as a secure shower curtain hook, I designed it to prevent accidental unclipping, but after printing, its versatility became apparent. This innovative hook can be used in multiple ways. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: No rafts were needed for this print job. Supports: The design is self-supporting. Resolution: The resolution of the print was set to 100 microns at a layer thickness of 0.4mm. Infill: The infill density was optimized at 35% to achieve the perfect balance between strength and weight reduction. Post-Printing: After printing, simply attach one end of the H-Clip to the lower lip of the hook, allowing for easy access while clipping or unclipping the other end.
