Locking glass bed braces - FlashFarge Creator Pro

I purchased a FlashForge Creator Pro, and two official glass beds. I tried various models for corner brackets here, but they consistently came loose over time. Eventually, the glass bed became detached and would shift, ruining a long print. To prevent this, I created my own model for full-length brackets to secure the glass in place at all four corners. The little squares can be inserted into the brackets once tightened with nuts; as a result, the glass is securely fastened. This model is designed for the official glass beds and the stock heated bed on my 2015 printer model. However, I'm including the SCAD file, in case any adjustments are required. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 50% Notes: I used ABS when printing these brackets since the glass needs to be heated for other prints of ABS material. Post-Printing Important The right and left sides of this design are not identical; the rear screw offsets differ from those on the front. If one piece doesn't fit, try it on the opposite side. Firstly, remove the four nuts located at each corner under the bed. Then slide in the left and right rail parts and ensure a proper glass bed fit test. The square locking parts are meant to have a tight fit, so use a razor blade if necessary for adjustment until they snug. Once you're done, replace the original nuts, and ensure the glass is pressed tightly against the heated bed. Additionally, ensure there's a z-axis spacer in place before using this setup; extruder crash onto the glass must be avoided.
