Locking Extruder Handle Re-Remix

Locking Extruder Handle Re-Remix

I conceptualized a design that harmonizes with the Fan Grill and cable guide design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1404598) but it wasn't coming together as planned. So I crafted this re-imagined version to elevate my Printrbot. I completely overhauled the original design in Fusion 360, smoothing out the corners and holes since they had a low segment count (probably initially designed in SketchUp). A simple extruded text label for the locking lever and a Large PrintrBot logo were added. The logo has some locating pins on the back and is superglued to the base. M3 screws secure the lever and linkage. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 15% Notes: Use a brim for the base to prevent warping. Only the lever requires supports. Post-Printing The locating holes might require a 2mm drill to open them up. There's no need to drill all the way through, just 1mm or so will do.
