Locking bowden connector

A 3D printable alternative to the standard PC4-M6 and PC4-M10 bowden connectors. My design utilizes a straightforward screw-in clamping mechanism that securely locks the PTFE tube into place. I created this as a companion piece to my Reverse Bowen Tap, which I designed to provide an easy-to-use solution for connecting PTFE tubes. The assembly process is simple and requires minimal effort: 1. Slide a fastening nut through a 4mm PTFE Bowden tube, ensuring the threads face the end you want to connect. 2. Push the PTFE tube into the base fitting with the X-cutout. 3. Screw the nut into the base to secure the PTFE tube. You can now attach the base to your desired bracket or my Reverse Bowen Tap. Alternatively, you can secure the base first and then follow steps 1-3. Tips: * If you love this design and no longer need to buy Bowden connectors, consider buying me a coffee as a token of appreciation! Printing Instructions: * Use 0.20mm layer heights with PETG for optimal results. * You won't need any supports; simply follow the print orientation in the supplied image. The models address overhangs, making printing a breeze.
