This is a replacement locking bolt for Dell Latitude 7214 Rugged Extreme laptop hard handle. I bought an OEM handle on eBay, but didn't come with locking bolt bolt, so this is a quick replacement for the bolt while I design a better one. The center is hollow so you can push in a pin/screw to secure it, but I found it to be unnecessary for practical use.
