Lockheed Sea Shadow

Lockheed Sea Shadow

thingiverse

The Sea Shadow (IX-529) was an experimental stealth ship built by Lockheed in 1984 for the United States Navy, designed to explore how a low radar profile could be achieved and test high stability hull configurations used in oceanographic ships. The Sea Shadow made its public debut in 1993, but unfortunately met its end in 2012. This Sea Shadow model omits the bulky pontoone twin hulls that supported it beneath the water - they didn't quite look as cool.
