The Orion, constructed in November 2010, is impressively close to scale and boasts high-quality textures and materials. It features numerous exterior details, animateable components such as flaps, ailerons, rudder, elevators, and propellers, retractable landing gear with closable doors for enhanced realism. The model has been refined with increased face smoothness, higher poly-count, and remodeled aircraft from scratch. Materials have also undergone thorough reworking. This versatile model is available in multiple formats and comes adorned with various airline liveries. The P-3 Orion, a four-engine turboprop anti-submarine and maritime surveillance aircraft, was developed for the United States Navy in the '60s. It was inspired by the L-188 Electra commercial airliner. This aircraft is easily distinguishable from its predecessor due to its unique tail stinger or "MAD Boom", employed for magnetic submarine detection.
