Available in multiple formats, this model comes in various liveries. The Lockheed L10 Electra was an early modern twin-engine airliner with a single aisle and seating for ten passengers. It served commercial carriers until the 40s, corporate and charter companies until the 60s and 70s, and private owners until the late 80s and 90s. Only a few remain in service or museums worldwide. The aircraft was utilized by numerous airlines and military organizations globally. It gained fame through Dick Merrill's flight delivering Hindenburg movie reels to Britain and Amelia Earhardt's attempts at a round-the-world flight, the second of which ended tragically in the South Pacific with her plane disappearing.
