The Lockheed L-1011, an aircraft of remarkable ingenuity, emerged during the 1970s as a direct competitor to the DC-10. While it was indeed a pioneering and highly advanced plane for its time, its commercial prospects were ultimately marred by the economic woes plaguing Lockheed. This exceptional model is actually the work of Sketchup user 707, whose creations are well worth exploring on the platform. I'm merely re-releasing this design to Thingiverse, giving full credit where it's due to the original creator.
