I'm excited to share V2 of my lockbox at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3192390. This version is significantly more tamper-proof than the previous one. The gap between the lid and the box has been reduced to less than 0.2mm, making it impossible to insert small tools to lift the lid. I haven't printed this version yet, but I plan to do so on the next weekend. I'll add photos as soon as possible after the print is complete. For optimal results in S3D, use "from bed only" settings with a layer height of 0.1mm. In my experience, this setting eliminates the need for support material in the groove. I'll share more about my experience once the print is finished. To enhance security even further, you can upload the files to your preferred 3D printing service and choose materials like Stainless Steel 1.4404. I've had great results with i.materialise (just Google it) in Europe.
