Lockable Cosplay Caliper V2

First custom file that I have posted, so feedback is appreciated! I have been looking for better options to measure heads and other body parts for cosplay armor and such and was not satisfied with the options out there, so I decided to design my own version of some cosplay calipers (Similar to the calipers that can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892755) These calipers are easy to print, assemble, and use. The main feature I found myself wanting in a set of cosplay calipers was a way to lock them so that when I want to take them away from my body, I don't accidentally shift them and get an inaccurate measurement. I also attempted to make them stronger by adding braces along the caliper so that they arent as flimsy, and added a hole in the pivot point so that they can be hung at a toolbench or wherever you may need to have a set of them! The Threads on the screw and nut should be big enough that any well tuned printer should have no issues printing them. #The Design for the caliper is symmetrical, so you'll need to print: #2 Caliper Arms #1 Screw #1 Nut (EDIT) I initially had a first version on this page, but after I looked again at the design, I found that there were still some improvements to be made, the changes were: - Eliminated the washers from the first design as they served no real purpose other than to complicate the design and waste filament, so I adjusted the arm itself to not need them - Eliminated the centering ring. Much like the first change, I realised there was no real need for it and adjusted the design of the arm accordingly - Made the start of the thread on the nut slightly less sharp, so it is easier for the bolt to track into the nut - Made the gripable part of the screw much taller so that it can more easily be used to tighten - Made the screw and nut seperate files so that you may scale them slightly if the fitment is too tight (alternatively, you can print both at 1:1 scale and just work the nut and bolt back and forth to wear down the surfaces that are binding If you have any suggestions or questions, please ask! I'm still new to the hobby and appreciate any feedback that I can get!
