Lock Pick Handle

### A Handles for Lock Picking tool's similar to Credit Card style Picks ### A Handles for Picks with handles... There are several on Thingiverse but I needed a 'Man Size' handle - meaning not thin and small. It fits in a hand and seats nicely into the thumb-first finger crotch... see photo. ## UPDATED: ### Cleaned and Organized files and names. Eliminated older versions. Updated/Tweaked .stl files and ensured they are 'Healed' • Handles for Credit-Card style picks • Handle for Credit-Card style with Storage Compartment • Handle for a this set of 8 picks: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RDPRKVF • Short and Slim Handles for Credit-Card style (with and without Key-Ring hole) • Bases 'Handle4' should accommodate similar picks - perhaps with a bit of finesse to make them fit. My guess is some will fit into the cavity and can be Hot-Glued in. Because of variations in Printer Process, and Materials you may need to sand (especially blobs zits strings... the typical stuff). May need to lightly sand the handles of the set of 8 for preferred/best fit. Jewelry files will help… Most of mine slipped right in. ### Credit-Card style picks: You may have problems fitting the pick into the handle - it will be a tight especially if your printer doesn’t do well with intentional small gaps or you have a high Extrusion Multiplier setting. If so work the blade into/out the handle a bit. I had Zero problems: It’s tight but I can easily press them in and remove them by hand. ### Picks with Handles (such as those shown): You can Scale the part in the necessary direction in your print software. A small percentage Increase/Decrease should take care of it. The handles will fit in the base with some slop - if you prefer a tighter fit scale down the base. Consider making a 'Wafer' print of the base's upper section (by sinking the Base into the Printer Bed in your software’s ‘Z’ axis). This will enable you to assess the fit of the Handle with respect to the Bases openings. Only need 3 for 4 mm of the top for this (see photo). ### Printing: No Supports needed Handles: Printed with PLA with 3 Top, 3 Bottom layers, 2 Shells, at Height = 0.2mm, density = 12% with Rectilinear infill. Base: 3Top, 2 Bottom, 2 Shells, Height = 0.3mm, density = 8% with Rectilinear infill.
