Lock nut for frame to tripod apeman and compatibile (i think any action cam)

This is just the nut, the component under the frame where there's room for a nut that's 30mm long and 6mm in diameter - I'm pretty sure it's an M6. I need to print this 30mm up from the bed, with support, but without any internal support where the nut needs space to fit. Cura and Simplify3D can handle this, but other slicers might not be able to. The frame is from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3167714. The tripod comes from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2250451. I listed this as a remix, but that's not entirely accurate - the frame and tripod are essentially identical, while I came up with the nut design from scratch.
