Summary Update July 23, 2012: A more stable version 3 of the fan mounts has been uploaded, featuring solid connections between screw mounts for added stability. Update May 21, 2012: Version 2 of the previous mounts is now available, designed to print flat on their backs rather than standing up. This provides enhanced structural support and reduces the risk of breakage. Update May 16, 2012: 20 and 30 degree angled versions of the mount have been uploaded, labeled with the postfix 20d and 30d, for fans aimed downward. This is a custom 40mm fan mount designed to be mounted on the bolt(s) connecting the extruder block to the X-Carriage on the MakerGear Prusa. It is intended for use in line with the X tracks. Instructions Print this delicate part carefully, as it is small and requires attention. A single print can be used with one fan, but multiple prints are recommended for even fan distribution. An image has been included to demonstrate how the mount attaches to the X-Carriage.
