Designed specifically for the 5.36" LOC V2, if you want to experiment with scaling down for the 4" V2, remember that fin thickness is crucial. This prints as four separate pieces. Motor mount holes are designed to accommodate #10-24 screws, which will self-tap or you can drill through the bottom plywood bulkhead and insert a screw from the top before assembling the fins. The motor retainers fit AeroTech (or CTI) 38mm Reloadables. Those small parts left over from a window air conditioner? A little rework is needed; a bent part that's too narrow, easy fix with a piece of metal, hammer, and vise... or a bigger hammer. Just get it to fit already!
